How Do I attend an event at the V2V Club?

Couples and Single Ladies can purchase event tickets and register for membership by visiting the Ticket Office page in the Events section. Please note, some of our events are listed as “Hosted Guest List Only” events, this means you will need to email the hosts and ask to be registered on their guest list before you buy your tickets. All Hosts contact details are listed in the relevant events. Single Gentlemen: you will need to be verified and be a member of the club before you can purchase tickets to an event. You can ONLY apply for membership via email. you will then need to go through an interview process.

What sort of people attend the V2V Club?
Our members tend to be educated, professional couples and singles who are of smart appearance, and are polite and respectable. We have a wide range of people from all walks of life who attend the V2V Club. A wide spectrum of ages, shapes and sizes.
 
What age range of people can we expect to meet when we visit one of your events?
The minimum age to attend the V2V club is 25 years old. We have a wide spectrum of ages that attend our parties. We do our best to ensure we have a number of different age ranges at every party.

What should I expect regarding activities and interaction at your events?

At a V2V event, there are absolutely no expectations on anyone to participate in anything they're not comfortable with. Our primary goal is to provide a friendly, social evening where you can relax, meet new people, or reconnect with old acquaintances in a welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. We provide our range of delicious confectionery, sweet treats and fresh ground coffee to keep energy levels high.

We believe in fostering an environment of respect and understanding. You are free to simply enjoy the social aspect of the evening, chat, have a drink at our fully licenced well stocked bar, and soak up the unique vibe of our events. There's no pressure, no judgement, just an invitation to be yourself and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.

Your comfort is our top priority, and we want you to feel completely at ease throughout your time with us.

What should I wear to a V2V party?

This is our most commonly asked question.

We love it when our guests embrace the opportunity to dress up and feel their best! Our smart casual dress code is all about looking effortlessly stylish and sophisticated.

For gentlemen, we recommend collared shirts or smart polo shirts as a minimum, paired with trousers and stylish shoes. Please, no trainers, ripped jeans, or baseball caps – we want you to look sharp!

Ladies, this is your chance to shine in a gorgeous party dress, attractive blouse and trouser combination or maybe a chic cocktail-style dress. Embrace the glamour and feel fabulous!

We do sometimes have themed parties where our guests love to join in the theme with fancy dress. This is always encouraged but never expected. Fancy dress is never mandatory and you will never stick out if you decide not to wear fancy dress or join in with the theme. The usual smart dress is always welcome whatever the theme may be. "We look forward to seeing you dressed to impress and ready for an unforgettable evening at the club!"

Can we change out of the clothes we arrive in?
Yes, We have changing rooms and secure lockers available for guests to use.
 
Do I need to become a club member?
In order to comply with current legislative guidelines we operate very strictly as a private members club. So you will need to be a V2V club member. Full details of how you can register for membership are on our Memberships page.
 
Do you accept payment by credit/debit card?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments inside the club as well as cash. Tickets for events can be purchased online, full details are on the Ticket Office page.
 
We are travelling a long way, do you have overnight accommodation?
We do not personally offer overnight accommodation at the V2V club, but there are reputable hotels competitively priced and less than 600 yards distance from the club.

Where can we park at the club?
There is a substantial, well lit tarmacked public car park at the rear of the V2V club. Small RV’s (Motorhomes) can park overnight.

Do you allow cameras  or mobile phones in the V2V Club?
We do NOT allow cameras or any similar video recording equipment to be used in the club. We do sometimes have a professional photographer offering free photoshoots in a designated area at our parties.
It is acceptable to bring any valuables into the club including mobile phones rather than just leaving them in your car; HOWEVER phones must be switched off at reception and then immediately placed into your secure locker. If you need to keep in touch with e.g. babysitters then please confirm with a member of staff and please use your phone ONLY in the Reception area. We consider the possession or use of a mobile phone in any other area of the club a very serious matter and a serious breach of acceptable etiquette.
 
Can we vape/smoke e-Cigs in the club?
No. please do not use e-Cigs or vapes inside the club. We do have an outdoor designated vaping/smoking area complete with shelter.
 
Can we chew gum?
No sorry, cleaning up the mess is an impossible task, it is costly and takes time, not to mention it is unpleasant for our staff. We ask all our guests not to bring chewing gum into the club.
 
Can I bring my own drinks or do you have a licensed bar?
We do NOT allow guests to bring their own drinks to the club. We are proud to offer well-stocked and fully licensed bar with a wide selection of beverages to cater to all tastes. The friendly bar staff are ready to mix your favourite cocktails, pour you a refreshing drink, or recommend something new to enhance your experience! We also offer a selection of fresh ground coffees, delicious confectionery and our famous sweet treats.

How do we go about meeting other couples?
Our social area is set out to enable people to meet and talk very easily.  You will Also find our parties very welcoming and friendly and find you can readily start conversations with other guests. We also have specially created , light hearted ice breaker games which are perfect for introducing yourself to other guests.
 
Can I chat to other guests before I attend the V2V Club?
Absolutely. We have our very own moderated Discord chat rooms. Discord is a free app you can download on your phone. There is a link and invite to our discord chat server on this website. Just head to the Discord Chat section and copy the link to your website browser.

Do we allow single gentlemen?
Not all of our events are suitable for single Gentlemen. Please check our upcoming events section of the website. We always publicise which events welcome single Gentlemen.

Are V2V events LGBTQ+ & ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy) friendly?

Yes V2V is proud to support LGBTQ+ and people in the ENM lifestyle.

What do I do if I attend a V2V event and decide it is not for me?
You are free to leave our club at any time you wish. If an event is not for you then you can simply leave the venue. However there is always so many interesting people to meet, delicious drinks and sweet treats and such great music at our events we are sure you will want to stay. So why not check out all our different events in the events calendar. I’m sure we will have one that catches your eye. We are all here for a good time not a long time.
